What can I do if I receive a damaged item?

Although we carefully inspect all products before shipping, a minor defect may occasionally be overlooked. Should an item be defective upon receipt, please contact our customer service by email at info@minimilklovers.de. Please include your name and order number, and ideally a photo of the defect. We will take care of it immediately.

What can I do if I want to change my order or add something after it's been placed?

How can I see where my order is?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with the DPD tracking number. You can track your order there.

How many days does the delivery time take?

Within Germany, shipping takes 2-4 business days. For deliveries within Europe, you should expect a delivery time of 4-6 business days.

What shipping zones are there?

Shipping to Sylt

Shipping within Germany €4.90

Shipping to all European countries €13.90 (excluding minimum order value)

Switzerland €13.90 + customs fees (excluding minimum order value)

How can I return my order?

Contact us by email at info@minimilklovers.de and include your name and order number. We will create a shipping label for you to return the goods. Once the goods have arrived, you will receive a refund.

What costs are incurred for a return?

We try to avoid returns, as this is a great additional effort and puts a strain on the environment.

We charge €3.50 for returns.
